It is hereby informed to the general public that no such messages are emanated from TNPDCL and Consumers need not respond to such messages. Consumers are generally requested to pay Eb bills only through Online or at EB office counters.
KIND ATTENTION LT ELECTRICTY CONSUMERS
For TNPDCL transactions done through BBPS (Bharath Bill Payment System), please raise complaint using COMPLAINTS menu in the respective Bank's Internet Banking System in BBPS menu or contact the collecting agent @ https://www.bharatbillpay.com/contact.php
Make payment of LT Electricity Bills through TNPDCL Section Office Counters/E-seva centers of GoTN, TNPDCL's official website https://www.tnpdcl.org/ and TNPDCL's official mobile App (Netbanking, Payment Gateway(Credit/Debit Cards), BHIM/UPI, BHIM/QR Code), BBPS(Gpay, Phonepe, PayTM, etc), NEFT/RTGS and Namma Arasu WhatsApp service -GoTN and are advised not to make payments through any other unauthorised agents/mobile apps/Websites so as to avoid disconnection of electricity supply for non-payment of EB Bills.
